Hi! I’m Yolanda Vega
I am driven by a passion to create a more balanced distribution of power between the sexes.
Across my seven careers, as a hairdressing apprentice to roles as a banker, croupier, journalist, editor, change manager, executive advocate, and now as a researcher, lecturer, and author, I have encountered individuals from all walks of life—both the renowned and the notorious. Along this journey, I have honed my communication skills and deepened my emotional intelligence.
I excel in achieving what many consider impossible. With a positive mindset, I transform challenges into opportunities, whether I am advising, consulting, researching, leading, or lecturing.
